The hotel was beautifully decorated with unique touches and had some charming antique features, like the wooden doors that really caught my eye. However, I found my room particularly noisy since it was located near the back service areas, which made it less than ideal for a peaceful stay. The service was a highlight though, as the staff was very accommodating and made my experience pleasant overall.

The room I stayed in had a lot of character but was unfortunately noisy because of its proximity to the back service areas. The unique decor was a nice touch, but I really struggled with the noise level.
Service

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even arranged a late snack and drinks for me in the room, which was a lovely touch.
Location

The location is really great, situated right in the heart of the historical district. It’s convenient for exploring various attractions, but I felt a bit uneasy at night due to the lack of activity on the streets.
Dining

I had a delightful breakfast on the rooftop, which featured a great selection of juices, fresh fruits, and perfectly cooked eggs. It was delicious, although it did take a bit longer than I expected to be served.
Facilities

While the facilities were somewhat limited, I enjoyed the cozy and intimate atmosphere they provided. The boutique charm definitely made up for any lack of extensive amenities.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the historical center, making it easy to explore the local sights. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist me. However, the noise from the lobby and kitchen kept me awake at night, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it offers great value for the price, but I wish the rooms were a bit quieter.

Rooms

Unfortunately, my room was right next to the kitchen and lobby, which meant it was pretty noisy, especially at night. Plus, it had no windows to the outside, making it feel a bit closed in.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk to Plaza Mayor and other amazing attractions. However, I didn't feel quite safe at night as a single woman.

I found the dining experience to be lovely, with absolutely delicious food, but I had to wait a long time for my meal. Breakfast was free, but it started a bit late for my liking.

The hotel had some nice facilities, but nothing stood out as exceptional. It would help to have spaces dedicated to relaxation away from the noise.

I had a lovely time at this boutique hotel, as the rooms were very modern and filled with sunlight, plus the shower was just fantastic. The service was impressively kind and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the location felt a bit sketchy at night, which is something to consider. The dining service was good, but it started a bit late for my morning plans, which was a downside.

Location

The location wasn't the best at night, especially for a single traveler as I didn't feel completely safe. However, it was very conveniently located near the front desk and interesting sites during the day.

8.4/10

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel that was in a prime location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were quite nice but unfortunately, they were a bit noisy, particularly at night. On the bright side, the service was off the charts, with friendly and helpful staff trying to accommodate our requests. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall vibe, the experience was slightly marred by the noise levels from the reception area and nearby market square traders.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel, which is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the vibrant market square. My room was charming and filled with morning light, but I wish there was a bit more variety at breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. For the price, I found it to be quite a good deal considering the overall experience.
